What are Dale’s Raw Nut Butters? Dale’s Raw Nut Butters is a gourmet raw organic cashew, almond, or peanut butter infused with superfoods, flavor, and plant based proteins from pea, rice, and hemp.
Why do you use black plastic jars? 1) Plastic jars are not as bad as many people may think. Please read this article explaining why glass jars aren’t necessarily better then plastic jars for the environment – click here 2) Black jars prevent UV light from getting to the product and destroying the high quality plant based protein powder we use in the nut butters. UV light will destroy the nutritional value of protein powder, so be cautious of purchasing nut butters or food bars that have added protein with clear jars or wrappers .
How do I eat Dale’s Raw Nut Butters? The best way to enjoy Dale’s Raw Nut Butters is simply by eating right out of the jar with a spoon. Dale’s Raw Nut Butters are not meant to be a “spread” for sandwiches and other foods because the texture may be too thick. Also, these nut butters a packed with flavor, proteins, and superfoods to make them a complete balanced snack by itself. Think of our nut butters as a Dale’s Raw Protein Bar but without the dates which means less carbs and sugar…“its like a raw protein bar eaten from the jar with a spoon”.
How do I store Dale’s Raw Nut Butters? Our nut butters must be stored in the refrigerator after opening. After opening for the first time, stir oil back into product, reseal, and let set in the refrigerator to become firm. Now it’s ready to eat. Note: Oil separation will not occur once the nut butters have been stirred and refrigerated.
Important: After you remove jar from refrigerator, let sit on counter for about 30 minutes are room temperature to allow the nut butter to soften up before eating.
Why is the fat content so high? The fat content is from the nut butters, seeds, and whole nuts. They are considered essential and healthy fats for our bodies with very little saturated fats, no trans fats, and no cholesterol.
